NATIVE – A wonderful small growing flowering tree. Forms a layered look of horizontal branches. Glossy green leaves turn shades of red in fall. Clusters of small yellow-white flowers are seen in late spring, followed by bluish-black berries in late summer. Grows 15′ high by 20′ wide.

Native to Eastern North America.

Special Notes

Exposure: Part Sun to Shade.

Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.

Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done in the spring right after the flowers finish. Do not trim summer or afterwards as, you will be removing next springs flower buds.
