Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Bock Nurseries of British Columbia in 1978.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various well draining soils, preferring slightly acidic.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to early August.
