Japanese Full Moon Maple - Seasons of Change
A Full Moon Maple with large deeply divided leaves. Leaves emerge green with a red tinge and become solid green by summer while new leaves continue with the red tinge. Fall is a wonderful sequence of yellow to orange and finally to red! Grows 10′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a chance seedling of Acer shirasawanum 'Palmatifolium' by Crispin's Creations Nursery, Oregon.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
