Japanese Full Moon Maple - Green Flag
An intriguing Japanese Full Moon Maple which has leaf edges that curl downwards giving it a claw like appearance. Light green spring leaves turn a rich green by summer. Yellow and orange fall colours. Grows 8′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Discovered and introduced by Buchholz Nursery, Oregon. Possible hybrid with Acer palmatum.

Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
