Acer palmatum ‘Orange Dream’
Japanese Maple - Orange Dream
Another favourite among many! Similar to the variety ‘Katsura’, this Japanese Maple leafs out a bit later making it less susceptible to frost damage. New medium sized spring leaves emerge yellow with orange margins, quickly changing to lemon-yellow. The colour slowly changes to a yellow-green and eventually a light green by summer. Fall time brings a golden yellow colour. Grows 8′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.
