Japanese Maple - Church of Sloes
A slightly cascading Japanese Maple whose green leaves emerge in the spring with a red edge becoming solid green by summer and changing to orange, pink-red fall colour. Grows 4′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by Red Maple Nursery in Pennsylvania in the early 1980's.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
