Japanese Maple - Autumn Fire
An upright Japanese Maple which is a cross between Acer palmatum and Acer circinatum. Medium to large, new spring foliage emerges yellow-green transitioning to dark green by summer. Fall brings outstanding orange-red colours! Grows 10′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Chance seedling discovered by German nurseryman Andreas Bartel. Introduced by Firma C. Esveldd Nursery in the Netherlands in the mid-1980's.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
