
Acer palmatum ‘Green Tea’
Japanese Maple - Green Tea
A vigorous, upright Japanese Maple. Spring leaves emerge green with pinkish-red “zebra stripes” on the edges. The colour matures a “green tea” hue for summer. Fall brings out a brilliant red colouration. Grows 10′ high by 7′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Seedling of Acer palmatum 'Amber Ghost'. Discovered and introduced by Buchholz Nursery, Oregon in 2013.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
