Japanese Maple - Grandma Ghost
A medium upright size Japanese Maple. Large, creamy yellow to white new leaves emerge with dark green veins and pinkish margins/throat. By the summer, the leaves become more subtle with variegation on a yellowish-green backdrop. Fall colours are red and orange. Grows 8′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Seedling of Acer palmatum 'Kasagi yama'. Discovered and introduced by Buchholz Nursery as part of the 'Ghost Series' in 1995.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
