Japanese Maple - Frilly Willy
A semi-dwarf Japanese Maple featuring leaves with highly serrated edges giving it a ‘frilly’ look. In spring, light green leaves emerge with a pink blush transitioning to a more standard green colour for summer before changing to scarlet red in the fall. Grows 6′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Discovered by Terrell Owens of Danielsville, Georgia.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
