Japanese Maple - Cutleaf - Chantilly Lace
A weeping Japanese Maple with finely cut foliage. New foliage emerges coppery-red and matures to green starting from the center of the leaves. A second foliage flush in summer brings back the colouration. Fall foliage can range from golden to crimson. Stake to grow to desired size.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by Billy Schwartz at Red Maple Nursery, Pennsylvania in 1949.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
