Japanese Maple - Mikawa nishiki
A dwarf Japanese Maple with reticulated variegation. New spring foliage emerges with cream to pinkish-red to purple margins and dark green center veins. By summer, the leaves fade to mostly green. Fall changes to fiery-orange red. Grows 5′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
