Vine Maple - Color in all Seasons
NATIVAR – Spring new leaves emerge maroon-red in spring on this Vine Maple. By summer the foliage has matured to a green colour with a bronzy tinge. Fall foliage is a spectacular greenish-red with hints of orange and yellow. Vigorous, grows 8-10′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Possible hybrid with Acer palmatum.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
