Canadian Hemlock - Creamy
NATIVAR – A dwarf Canadian Hemlock which forms a dense upright globose-cone of creamy-colored tip growth before maturing to a lighter green. Similar to ‘Gentsch White’ but more compact. Grows 3-4′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Originated by Otto Gentsch of New York before 1984.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun to Full Shade.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining, acidic soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay and dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
