NATIVAR – A semi-dwarf Eastern Arborvitae (Cedar). The standard for hedging. Forms a tight pyramidal form of rich, dark green foliage which lasts year round. Grows 7′-8′ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Originated as a sport of Thuja occidentalis 'Kelleriis Viridis'. Found by D. T. Poulsen of Denmark before 1950.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
