NATIVAR – A semi-dwarf Eastern Arborvitae (Cedar). Forms a narrow, upright pyramid of new brilliant yellow foliage which turns an amber tone during winter. Grows 6′ high by 18″ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Originated as a sport on Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd'. Found by Jakub Jablonski of Poland in 2000.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
