A very distinctive, dwarf Hinoki Cypress. Flattened sprays of olive-green foliage are twisted both up and down to form an irregular pyramid. Grows 2.5′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by M. Koster & Sons Nursery of The Netherlands in 1915.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various well draining soils, preferring slightly acidic.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to early August.
