Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Dislikes constantly wet soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.

Not a true cultivar, as ‘Capitata’ is a nursery trade name give to all yews with an upright, pyramidal habit on a single trunk.
