Colorado Blue Spruce - The Blues
A semi-dwarf weeping Colorado Blue Spruce. Strongly pendulous, more so than the original ‘Glauca Pendula’ with rich silvery-blue foliage. No two plants are alike. Staking is required to gain height. If staked, grows 6-10′ high by 3-4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a sport on Picea pungens 'Glauca Pendula' by Stanley & Sons Nursery, Oregon in 1982.
Synonymous
Picea pungens var. glauca 'The Blues'

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
