White Spruce - Sander's Blue
NATIVAR – A Dwarf Alberta Spruce similar to the original but with a unqiue, irregular frosting of powdery-blue needles. The blue coloration is very variable throughout and sections can often be solid green. Dense, conical growing 3′ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Originated as a sport of Picea glauca 'Conica' found by Sanders. Introduced by Iseli Nursery, Oregon in 1978.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun. Protect from prevailing winter winds.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
