A classic dwarf Norway Spruce based on the original ‘Nest Spruce’ but even more compact! Short, dark green needles forms a flat-topped globe with a nest-like center depression. Grows 1′ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a witch's broom on Picea abies 'Nidiformis' by F.J. Grootendorst and Sons Nursery of the Netherlands before 1960.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
