A blue semi-dwarf Sawara Cypress. Soft, juvenile blue-gray foliage forms a dense globose pyramid. Grows 6′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a sport on Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Squarrosa' by Boulevard Nurseries of Rhode Island in 1934.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various well draining soils, preferring slightly acidic.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to early August.
