Acer shirasawanum ‘Red Wing’
Japanese Full Moon Maple - Red Wing
The feature of this Full Moon Maple isn’t necessarily its foliage but its vibrant red maple keys. Yellow foliage emerges in the spring and matures to a light green by summer. By late summer, more mature plants will develop nice red contrasting maple keys. In the fall, foliage turns an orange-red colour. Grows 7′ high and wide in a 10 year period.
