Japanese Maple - Doing as One Pleases
This Japanese Maple is all over the place in terms of its leaves. Small to medium sized leaves can have three to seven lobes depending on how it feels with irregularly saw-toothed margins. Green spring and summer leaves are seen above red leaf stalks. Fall colour is a combination of yellows and oranges. Grows 9′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
