Japanese Maple - Fascination
A vigorous upright Japanese Maple with large deeply divided leaves similar to ‘Omurayama’. Spring leaves emerge orange-yellow, transition to a dark green by summer and become a fiery orange-red in the fall. Grows 10′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by Dr. Frank Mossman.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
