Japanese Maple - Beautiful Red-haired Little Girl
Brilliant red new spring leaves have very long narrow lobes creating almost a twisty-like appearance. The leaves change shortly to a more purplish hue before changing to green by summer and transitioning to shades of scarlet in the fall. Grows 3′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
