Japanese Maple - Red Clothes of the Angels
A large growing ribbon-leaf style Japanese Maple. Leaves with long narrow lobes emerge cherry-red in spring and mature dark purple-red by summer. By late summer, hues of bronze are seen before the foliage turns stunning crimson red. Upright habit, growing 10′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
