Nordmann Fir - Golden Spreader
A dwarf golden Nordmann Fir. Starting off as a dense low spreading mound of deep golden yellow needles. Eventually will gain a leader to become a dense pyramid. Protection from the hot afternoon sun is recommended. Grows 3-4′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selected at S.N. Shoots Nursery, the Netherlands in 1961.
Special Notes
Exposure: Prefers full sun to partial shade.
Soil: Prefers acidic, moist but well draining workable soil. Dislikes extremes such as wet or bone-dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective trimming only when needed.
