A dwarf, flat mounding Mugo Pine with short mid-green needles. Shape can be a bit irregular. Grows 10″ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Originated by Robert Tichnor of the Oregon State University in 1970.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
