Witch Hazel - Hybrid - Strawberries and Cream
A medium sized Witch Hazel with bicoloured flowers! The pinky-rose based flowers petals have yellow tips and a mild fragrance. Flowers bloom mid-to-late winter on bare stems and have a purple calyx. Leaves emerge green with bronze tones in the spring, quickly changing to medium-green lasting through summer before transitioning to a nice yellow in the fall. Grows 10′ high by 7′ wide.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by the De Belder family of Belgium in 1986.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various soils but prefers a well draining one, slightly acidic.
Maintenance: Selective trimming in spring right after the flowers have finished. Do not trim in fall, as flower buds have already been set.
